How do the shirts fit, and how do I pick a size?
Apparel pages include the garment maker’s measurement tables, in inches: the garment laid flat and, when the maker publishes them, body measurements. Those tables are the sizing we have. Hats are one size with an adjustable snapback. Fits on the women’s tees and tanks vary by style, from relaxed and semi-fitted tees to fitted tanks, so use the chart on that product.
How long does shipping take?
Made-to-order apparel and hats ship in 3–7 business days. After a package ships, transit is 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can be delayed, especially around holidays and bad weather.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Apparel, hats and other merch ship for $5.95 per order. Shipping is free when your order subtotal is $45 or more. We ship to the United States only.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, including size or color. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchanges are free: we cover shipping both ways. If you want a refund because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email info@outlawswagger.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund it at no charge.
Are products made to order, and who prints them?
Made-to-order apparel and hats are printed and shipped by Printful, our print partner. They ship in 3–7 business days.
